Thank you for shopping at Hypeverse. We appreciate your business and strive to provide the best quality products and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
If you receive a product that is not what you ordered — for example, a different item or the correct item but in the wrong size — we will send you the correct product and cover all associated costs.
If the product arrives with any defect or error, we will also cover all costs and send you a replacement item.
In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have the right to return any item purchased online within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
However, we only accept such returns if:
- The item remains unused, with original tags attached, and in its original condition and packaging.
- If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days.
⚠️ Please note: If the product is customized — such as with a name, number, or extra badges — it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, except in the case of damage, incorrect size, or wrong item received.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized items
